I couldn't find a picture of our house prior to moving in but this is right before we moved out. The grass was patched so it was a little crazy looking. |

| The same laminate flooring from the living room was extended into the kitchen, had the cabinets professionally painted, replaced the formica counters with granite, and put in stainless steel appliances. |

| The carpet was replaced in this room as well and we were in the process of updating the dining room table...that's why there are no chairs! We also replaced the solid panel doors with french doors. |

| The half bathroom had laminate flooring installed, and we replaced the pedestal sink with a vanity for storage. I painted over the stripes that we'd added on the walls a couple years ago and we also replaced the light fixture. |

| Master bedroom - we updated the furniture with the Hemnes line from Ikea (our fav line), and installed swing arm bedside lamps. |

| The master bathroom. We did a budget friendly remodel a couple years ago and replaced the vanity to include two sinks. We found the cabinets on Craigslist and refinished them with gel stain. Installed the white counter, added trim around the mirror, and updated the light fixture. |
